In 1908 begins the history of the group when Miguel Matas Jorba, started to work at Cafe Restaurante Suizo in Barcelona's Plaza real. The company headquarters are in Sitges since 1947, when Mr Miguel was requested to run the Hotel Terramar Palace. Today the group achives a catering service firm, different restaurants, food franchise retail chain, different hotels and coffee shops.
